**Job Title**: Production Supervisor - Injection Moulding

**Location**: Silvassa (Masat)

**Experience**: 2 to 3 years in the plastic industry, specializing in injection moulding

**Qualification**: CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology)

**Salary**: ₹35,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily production activities in the injection moulding department.
- Ensure efficient machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor production schedules, quality standards, and output targets.
- Oversee material usage and reduce wastage to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely servicing and repair of equipment.
- Maintain accurate production reports and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Train and guide the production team for improved performance and efficiency.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Expertise in injection moulding processes and machine operations.
- Strong knowledge of plastic materials and moulding techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing setup.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the plastic industry.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
