**Position**: Production Supervisor
**Location**:Masat, Silvassa
**Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in a production supervisor role, specifically in extrusion or plastic manufacturing.
**Qualification**: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field (required).

**Job Summary**:
The Production Supervisor will oversee and manage the extrusion line for the manufacturing of plastic ropes. The role involves coordinating production activities, ensuring efficient use of resources, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring safety and compliance on the production floor. The supervisor will be responsible for meeting production goals, resolving issues during production, and leading a team of operators to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Supervision**:

- Oversee daily operations of the extrusion line to ensure the production of high-quality plastic ropes.
- Monitor and ensure that production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines.
- Coordinate with the production manager to plan and execute production schedules effectively.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure the products meet the required quality standards by regularly inspecting the plastic ropes during production.
- Identify and resolve any quality issues or defects, and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

**Machine and Equipment Maintenance**:

- Ensure the extrusion line machines are in good working order and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Address any machine malfunctions or breakdowns promptly and liaise with maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure proper setup and changeovers for different production runs.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce health and safety standards on the production floor to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure that workers are trained in safety protocols and are adhering to safety guidelines.
- Conduct safety audits and resolve any safety hazards or risks.

**Inventory and Materials Management**:

- Monitor the availability of raw materials for extrusion (e.g., plastic pellets, additives) and report any shortages to the production manager.
- Ensure the correct usage and handling of materials to minimize waste.
- Track production output and ensure efficient use of resources.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
