**Position: Housekeeping Supervisor**

**Location: Silvassa**

**Requisites**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisor or related role.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be able to manage and get work done from staff efficiently.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good attention to detail for conducting cleaning inspections.
- Ability to manage and ensure staff complete assigned work efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping operations and industrial cleaning standards.
- Good communication skills (knowledge of local language is an added advantage).
- Must be willing to stay at the Silvassa factory premises.
- Should be disciplined, reliable, and proactive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the housekeeping team at the factory premises.
- Ensure that cleaning and hygiene standards are properly maintained throughout the factory.
- Conduct regular cleaning inspections and take necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure the plant is cleaned 3-4 times a day to maintain high levels of cleanliness.
- Assign daily cleaning tasks and monitor staff performance.
- Report any maintenance issues related to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure housekeeping tasks are completed on time and as per schedule.
- Must be willing to reside at the factory premises in Silvassa.
