**Nuan IT Solutions** is a web services and consulting solutions provider for global e-commerce retailers. We are looking for passionate individuals to assist with customer queries of an offshore online fashion accessories store dealing in beading/jewelry-making supplies and fashion jewelry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve/ clarify customers complaints in a courteous manner providing an effective solution
- Prepare and check invoices for clients
- Complete documentation and work with product/ shipping vendors ensuring compliance
- Attention to detail and fast learner with great organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of computer skills - must have experience using MS excel

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Capable of Invoicing, Data Entry, and analysis
- Basic understanding of business operations
- Prior experience in e-commerce business dealing with customers is helpful
- Be able to multi-task and help the team as and where needed

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
