Outbound Customer Service

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Customer Service Executive to connect with customers, promote company offerings, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to work towards targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Promote products/services and generate interest or sales.
- Provide information, answer queries, and handle objections professionally.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer details in the system.
- Work towards daily/weekly targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales/support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound calling, sales, or telemarketing preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- High school diploma/graduate; bachelor's degree is a plus.
