**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to clients for updates, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Maintain and update client information accurately in Google Sheets.
- Coordinate and share updates with clients via Telegram and other platforms.
- Assist in explaining basic chart patterns and candlestick formations when needed.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth client handling.
- Provide prompt responses to client queries and escalate issues when required.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Other relevant languages].
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets and basic data management tools.
- Familiarity with Telegram and online communication platforms.
- Basic understanding of chart patterns and candlestick analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions daily.

**Nice to Have**:

- Prior experience in trading, stock market, or financial services.
- Basic knowledge of technical analysis tools.
