**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or through self-sourced leads
- Explain products/services clearly and generate interest
- Maintain call logs, lead tracker, and CRM records with accuracy
- Schedule meetings, demos, or transfers to the sales team as needed
- Handle client queries and provide relevant information
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead targets

**Requirements**:

- Must be based in **Pune**:

- Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any field
- Strong communication skills in **Hindi, Marathi, and English**:

- Comfortable making outbound calls and following structured scripts
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Good listening skills, confidence, and patience
- Freshers can apply; training will be provided

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation
- Familiarity with domestic customer handling and B2C processes
