**About Us**: Lebeda Marcom and Creative Agency is a fast-growing IT marketing and creative agency specializing in cybersecurity solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cybersecurity Telecaller to join our team. This role involves reaching out to CISOs, IT heads, and other key decision-makers to pitch cutting-edge cybersecurity products and secure sales meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to CISOs, IT heads, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our cybersecurity products.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication.
- Schedule sales meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of the pitches and customer responses.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a tele-calling or telesales role, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT sector.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
