Responsibilities - 3 to 4 years experience in Customer Services Executive
- Help with the product deployment, commissioning, and after support.
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software.
- Educate others like customers and channel partners on product usage.
- Promote value through customer experience.
- Assist in creating training courses and educational materials.
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.

Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Executive or similar role on 1 or more enterprise products.
- Experience promoting value through customer experience.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Technical skills like basic IT networking are required, as they relate to the use of the product or service.
- IT support or scripting experience would be a bonus.
- Experience with system setup would be a bonus.
- Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards.
- A communications or marketing degree is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
