**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Identify and research potential business clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and develop leads.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:

- Schedule and conduct sales presentations via phone, video calls, or in-person meetings.
- Present products or services in a compelling way, highlighting the value proposition for each client.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with decision-makers.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and solutions to meet clients' evolving needs.
- Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to create action plans for achieving sales goals.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in same workspace concept industries).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in workspace concept industry & sales.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
