Job Overview:
HNRE Solution Private Limited, a leading provider of solar equipment solutions, is seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. We have offices in Vyttila, Ernakulam, Malappuram, and Bangalore. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our presence in the B2B segment. This position offers a competitive salary, travel reimbursement, and the opportunity to work in a thriving industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Sales and Business Development**: Identify and target potential B2B clients in the solar equipment industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions.

2. **Field Sales**: Engage in active field sales, including client visits, product presentations, and negotiation. A significant portion of the job (20%) involves travel within the assigned territory.

3. **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer demands. Use this knowledge to fine-tune sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

4. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

5. **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipelines, conversions, and revenue.

6. **Product Knowledge**: Possess a deep understanding of the company's solar equipment offerings. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to potential clients.

Qualifications:

- **Sales Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets. Field sales experience is a strong asset.
- **B2B Sales**: Experience in B2B sales is required, particularly in the field of solar equipment or a related industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and persuasive manner.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel as the role demands, with travel expenses reimbursed.
- **Location**: Willing to work from Bangalore.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
