**Job Description**:
As a Customer Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing our company and its values. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12th pass or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹11,500.00 per month
