Customer Support Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate and timely information and solutions.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and address customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures by providing feedback based on customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed performance targets regarding customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality of service.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product developments to provide accurate information to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s/Master degree in business administration, communication, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely and clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
