
Front Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, and provide appropriate information
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting rooms
- Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle basic clerical duties like data entry, filing, and scanning
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
- Maintain records of visitors and ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures
- Provide support for HR and Admin teams as required
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream
- Experience in a similar role: 1-3 years preferred
**Working Hours**:
[Insert timings - e.g., 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday]
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
