- Learning and understanding company insurance products.
- Working on renewal of clients coordinate with customerAccessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
- Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.
- Recommending available products.
- Typing up complaint reports.
- Prepare quotation, Policy, Claims

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:

- Interested to working as a Underwriter, Claims, Customer support etcGeneral insurance products and policy schedules.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
- High-level typing skills.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
