Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Complete the loan processing in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Ø Maintain a working knowledge of Conventional loans. Should know Fannie & Freddie guidelines.
Ø Knowledge of FHA, VA, Bond and/or USDA loans.
Ø Ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Ø Have knowledge of credit analysis and identify any prior credit history issues or concerns.
Ø Have basic knowledge of appraisal report analysis.
Ø Basic knowledge of reviewing all types of insurance policy related documents (MI/HOI/Condo/Flood).
Ø Verify and analyse income to calculate debt to income ratios. (Including self-employment income)
Ø Analyse and review preliminary title report to identify liens, judgements and CCRs to help in decision making.
Ø Have knowledge of 2015 fee Itemization.
Ø Effective communication with various vendors like Appraisers, Title company, Borrower's Employers to complete the requirements of the loan.
Ø Release the needs list and acquire all the documents as per the list and submit the loan to Underwriting and Closing departments

Experience in **USA Mortgage Underwriting**
- Minimum 2 years
- Preferred 3 years and recent experiences

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift
