Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocacy: Understanding Product/Domain (Property/Casualty Insurance with specific focus on underwriting principles and helping internal teams with feature development for the benefit of the client. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, relaying feedback and suggestions to product teams to improve the service experience.
  • Onboarding New Clients: Guide customers through the setup, training, and successful implementation of Kinetic, ensuring a smooth transition and early wins.
  • Product Adoption & Training: Educate clients on product features, best practices, and updates to maximize adoption and value.
  • Product Issue & Change Request Lifecycle Management: All customer reported issues are discussed with Product/Engineering team, solutions evaluated and planned with Engineering management. Communication of solution timelines to the product team/customers and tracking these to closure. Measuring and Managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) performance
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive continuous improvements.

Who You Are

  • Background in insurance, preferably underwriting or broker-side experience.
  • Familiarity with the policy lifecycle, rating structures, and insurance forms.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or complex insurance products will be preferred.
  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to effectively juggle multiple client relationships and timelines.
  • You set yourself apart with your organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
  • You champion high standards, accountability, urgency, and enthusiasm.
  • You are a self-directed, action-oriented individual with an aptitude and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A bachelors degree with training in Commercial Risk Management/Underwriting
  • 3-5 years' experience in an insurance company
