**Job Summary**: As CFO, you will be responsible for the company’s financial health. This role involves overseeing all financial operations, developing financial strategies, managing financial risks, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will collaborate with other executives to drive the company’s growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and forecasts to support the company’s goals and objectives.

2. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

3. Budget Management: Manage the company’s budgeting process, ensuring effective allocation of resources and monitoring performance against budgets.

4. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and legal requirements.

6. Investment Management: Oversee investment activities, including capital allocation, acquisitions, and financial partnerships.

7. Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to optimize financial stability and growth.

8. Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

9. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other executives to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan and long-term growth strategies.

**Qualifications**:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

2. Experience: Extensive experience in financial management, typically 8+ years, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

**3. Skills**:
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and risk management.

Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting tools.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
