**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement and post-placement support.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver results.

**Compliance & Administration**:

- Ensure recruitment processes comply with UK healthcare regulations.

**Market Research**:

- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Help clients make informed recruitment decisions based on market knowledge.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a 360° recruitment role, ideally within healthcare recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare sector, including NHS, private hospitals, and care homes.
- Previous experience in business development and client relationship management is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant recruitment qualification or healthcare recruitment experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and compliance regulations.
