Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.
- Provide guidance and support on talent management, including recruitment, on boarding, career development, and succession planning.
- Consult with leaders on employee relations issues and partner with them to resolve conflicts and manage performance.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with management team to develop and implement HR programs and policies that support business objectives.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and support leaders in driving organizational change.
- Coach and mentor managers and employees to build leadership and management capabilities.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions to resolve workplace issues.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
