**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
l Collaborate with the senior merchandising team to develop and execute merchandising plans and strategies for various product lines.

l Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences in the home decor industry.

l Work closely with the design team to conceptualize and implement attractive product displays that align with the company's brand identity and appeal to our target customer base.

l Assist in the selection and procurement of merchandise, ensuring the availability of high-demand products and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

l Coordinate with the supply chain team to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock as needed.

l Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment with merchandising objectives.

l Participate in product development meetings, providing valuable insights based on market research and customer feedback.

l Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing, delivery terms, and cooperative marketing arrangements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

l Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.

l Support the senior merchandising team in various tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the merchandising department.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
