**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Key Responsibilities:
Developing & implementing - Annual Business Plan, Merchandise option plan & assortment plan- Having a detailed understanding of the current product mix and making effective additions to it- Responsible for driving category margin targets and do the best cost planning- Responsible for achieving overall revenue targets for all categories- Gain a complete understanding of our competition and their pricing strategies- Partner with design on seasonal point of view and commercialization for optimal profitability- Conceptualizing trend directions for the season with the design team- Participate in fit test and line adopt meetings- Very strong communication skills - includes presentation, influencing and negotiation skills- Managing relationships with key strategic departments, thereby driving value for the business- Managing a team of buyers and merchandisers - leading, delegating tasks, personal- development and upskilling as well as coaching.- Continuous improvement of buying and merchandising processes, continuously adapting to the- ever-changing best practice of the retail industry.Role:
