**Why are we hiring a Customer Agreement Account Coordinator?** We’re on the hunt for a Customer Agreement Account Coordinator as part of our company’s growth.
The Customer Agreement Account Coordinator will work closely with Sales, Project Management, and Finance to ensure that all orders are properly booked in NetSuite in a timely manner and that all Annual Renewals are sent to the customer base.

We have over fifteen products in our portfolio, used by over 700 pharmaceutical clients (including all the top 20)

**What are you responsible for?**
- Become NetSuite functional expert in order to support the global bookings / data entry process
- Create and submit Sales Orders into NetSuite
- Work closely with Customer Agreement Team Lead to support the Annual Fee renewal process
- Draft quotations for smaller product line renewals - as deemed necessary
- Become Salesforce functional expert
- Cleaning up records and contact information in salesforce
- Enter customer communication information into salesforce
- Reach out to sales team, Help Desk, etc., to update departments with pertinent customer information
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- NetSuite or other ERP system experience beneficial, but not required
- Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; OneNote)
- 1-2 years in a similar role or relevant experience beneficial, but not required
