**Role Description**

1. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Payroll, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition

2.Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

3.Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.

4.Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

5.Support month-end and year-end close process

6.Administering Internal and process Audit, Statutory Audits, Tax Audit and Compliance Audit

7.Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

8.Monitoring and balancing cash flows into and out of a business to meet obligations and optimize fund position.

9.Administering loan agreements for company borrowings and collecting money owed to the company from customers.

10.Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings and administering Assessments.

11.Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

12.Identifying efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.

MBA -Finance/ CA/ CMA

6-8 Years

6-8 years

**Skills Requirement**
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
- 6+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Advanced degree in accounting
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating financial statements.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Excellent Leadership and controlling Skills

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- total work: 6 years (preferred)
