**Job Purpose**
- This is a full time position part of the BI & Analytics Solutions & Delivery function.
- Responsible for Enterprise Datalake & Reporting requirements through the design, development, implementation, and expansion of the Big Data, data warehouse, reporting and business intelligence platform
- Responsible for reporting transformation with regards to various system integration and migration.
- Responsible for managing business users expectations, handling their requirements, leading vendor team, designing and developing MIS solutions and creating/delivering reporting dashboards
- Responsible for aggregating data from multiple sources in an efficient data warehouse and designing enterprise-level solutions for very large multidimensional databases
- Provide meaningful data insights and support AD-Hoc analyses as required
- Perform capacity impact analysis to determine infrastructure and licensing requirements based on solution approach submitted by vendor team
- Strong business requirements gathering expertise - work with business users to define and document technical and process requirements
- Track and report on project performance, providing a real -time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users & vendor technical team
- Generate reporting dashboards; create the processes and data visualization strategies

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- 6+ years of experience in Program management, BI and Reporting
- Experience in building reporting tools and BI software such as Cognos BI (is a must), Tableau etc.
- Strong experience in leading the complex data extraction from multiple, large data sources from architecture and delivery point of view
- Data Architecture - BIG Data, Data Warehouse, Data Mart, ODS, ETL, reporting, analytics, master data management
- PMP & TOGAF certification is a plus.
- Good experience of multiple RDBMS at least including Hive, DB2 and Oracl
