This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Min Experience 2 years Location Mumbai JobType full-time We re seeking a dynamic finance professional who goes beyond traditional accounting someone who views finance as a strategic driver of business growth In this role you ll work closely with leadership to solve complex financial challenges strengthen capital efficiency and support the scaling of a fast-growing fintech-focused NBFC If you thrive in high-growth environments enjoy building financial systems from the ground up and think like a CFO from day one this opportunity is for you Requirements Key Responsibilities Financial Operations Reconciliation Lead partner reconciliations including per-loan principal and income matching Collaborate with partner accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate reconciliations Manage and resolve queries from partners on tax processes and reporting Coordinate with auditors quarterly and annual bankers and statutory authorities Prepare and deliver financial materials and reports for board meetings Reporting Compliance Resolve accounting queries and assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements Oversee the preparation of Annual General Meeting AGM documentation Ensure compliance with SEBI RBI and other regulatory requirements Track investments and monitor internal rate of return IRR performance Review monthly income and expenditure against the approved budget Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with internal teams credit operations technology and business to align on finance initiatives Support onboarding of new partners alongside the credit and operations teams Collaborate with the tech team to design and validate reports and workflows in the Loan Management System LMS Work with the business team to perform financial due diligence for new partnerships Represent finance interests in interdepartmental projects and decision-making discussions Skills Partner Reconciliation Financial Reconciliation Accounts Payable Receivable Budget Monitoring Variance Analysis Financial Reporting Quarterly Annual Statutory Compliance Accounting Loan Management System LMS Co-lending Warehousing Annual General Meeting AGM
