Hiring for Senior Executive - End of Lease Management

Location - Kanjurmarg

Experience Required: 3-4 Years

Salary upto -21k Net

The role involves reviewing and enforcing vehicle lease agreements, including examining lease terms for mileage limits, wear and tear allowances, and applicable fees, while identifying discrepancies between the vehicle's condition and the lease agreement. It also entails advising lessees on their options at the end of the lease, such as purchasing, extending, or returning the vehicle, and providing guidance on the return process, including required documentation and procedures. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records, processing lease-end paperwork, and collaborating with departments like finance and customer service to ensure a smooth lease end process. The position also demands excellent customer service skills, resolving disputes, addressing inquiries, and continuously improving the lease end process for efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
