**Job Summary**:
A Call Center Executive in the healthcare industry is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. The role involves scheduling appointments, verifying insurance details, handling patient queries, processing medical records, and ensuring excellent customer service in compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Patient Inquiries:
Respond to incoming calls regarding appointments, prescriptions, billing, and medical procedures.

Provide accurate and timely information to patients and healthcare providers.

Appointment Scheduling & Reminders:
Book, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments based on availability.

Send reminders and follow-ups to reduce no-shows.

Outbound Calls & Follow-ups:
Conduct follow-up calls for patient care, medication adherence, or survey feedback.
