**Call Center Executive**

**Location**: Hyderabad, Telangana
**Position**: Full-Time Call Center Executive
**Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience) + Incentives

As a Call Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing solutions and ensuring a positive experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in customer service and sales with a growing company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify and understand customer needs, providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Resolve product or service queries by clarifying issues, researching answers, and providing the best solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication scripts and use knowledge bases to manage a variety of customer topics.
- Meet personal and team targets for key metrics like call quality, customer satisfaction, and call handling time.
- Upsell products or services where appropriate.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- A minimum of a **High School Diploma (10+2)** is required. Graduates are preferred.
- **Freshers are welcome to apply** Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English and Hindi**. Knowledge of Telugu is an advantage.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented with a patient and empathetic attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
