**Job Summary**:
The Call Center Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering calls, scheduling appointments, addressing patient queries, and coordinating with hospital staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments, and provide information about doctors and hospital services.
- **Patient Support**: Help patients with questions about services, bills, and insurance. Coordinate with billing, medical records, and other departments to solve issues.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep patient information updated and document all interactions.
- **Resolve Complaints**: Address patient complaints and work with other departments to resolve them. Escalate issues when necessary.
- **Follow Protocols**: Adhere to hospital policies and ensure privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
- **Continuous Learning**: Attend training sessions and suggest improvements to processes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a call center or customer service, ideally in healthcare.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hospital software or CRM is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- May need to handle a high volume of calls during busy times.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
