Training & Placement Officer

**Job Summary**:
The Placement Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing the placement activities for students. This role involves developing relationships with employers, organizing placement events, and providing career guidance to students.
Key Responsibilities:
**1. Employer Engagement**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, companies, and organizations to secure placement opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of placement agreements.
2. **Placement Coordination**:
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement events.
- Conduct pre-placement workshops and training sessions on resume writing, interview skills, and job search strategies.
- Provide individual career counselling and guidance to students/job seekers.
- Review and provide feedback on resumes and cover letters.
4. **Database Management**:
- Track placement statistics and prepare regular reports on placement activities and outcomes.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of placement processes.
5. **Communication and Marketing**:
- Use social media and other platforms to advertise placement opportunities and events.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters and updates to stakeholders.
6. **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to placements.
- Prepare and submit reports on placement activities, successes, and challenges to management.
**Education**:
- Master's (preferred)
