**Position**: Training & Placement Manager
Department: Career Services
Reports To: Director, Career Services

**Salary**: ₹70k-80k+ per month

**Key Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters
Identify internship and full-time job opportunities for students
Organize career fairs, workshops, and skill development programs
Deliver training on resume writing, interview prep, and networking
Manage the university's online job portal
Track placement rates and continuously improve the Career Services program
Stay updated on job market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

**Qualifications**:
Any degree
3-4 years of experience in Training & Placement or a similar role in education
Proven track record of maintaining corporate relationships
Experience in organizing career development programs
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

**Preferred**:
Proven success in meeting placement targets
Knowledge of current industry trends.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
