Qualitest is looking for Data Analyst team lead to our Test Center in Bangalore, India

**Position**:
**PURPOSE & SCOPE**

3 to 4 yrs of experience

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Content writer/designer/developer to deliver effective and innovative learning experiences enriching our content management, websites, guidelines, collaterals, web pages, process documents etc. The role will focus on developing contents, e-learning materials suitable for specific and scalable learning across the location.

Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our internal & external stakeholders, attract and boost L&D brand awareness.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and generate high quality instructional learning materials to communicate complex and technical knowledge in simple english. This could include, text, video, animation, recorded presentations, or e-learning formats using design best practices, required templates and SOP frameworks etc.
- Modules need to be succinct, easy to follow, and formatted for self-learning, considering appropriate adult learning techniques.Proofread and edit content/module/document/guidelines/reports before publication.
- The post holder will Initiate learning design meetings with internal global stakeholders for assigned projects together and refine the raw content required.
- Help define learning objectives and key learning points, and ensure they are addressed by the learning solution, in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct own research to further understand learner and business requirements for each learning programme.
- Generate ideas for new content composition, write engaging content and ensure that it adheres to SEO standards.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure training design fits with the overall vision of the function and business requirement,obtaining functional approvals and pilots of learning material/content before release.
- Create a range of digital learning courses that will engage and motivate the learners, manage strict deadlines whilst ensuring a high end user experience.
- Be innovative and creative in the use of language, graphics, animations, interactions, audio and video
- Analyze content marketing metrics and make changes as needed.
- Edit/modify the content produced by other members of the team, create process guidelines, process documents, SOP’s, reports etc as per L&D standards
