**Job Summary**
Bakery/Pastry professional/CDP/ Jr. Sous chef who has great communication skills and can work in a dynamic environment with a focus on product and team development
**Roles & responsibility**
- Reporting to the learning and development team
- Creating SOPs with the R&D team
- Streamlining Video and content as needed as per SOP
- Organising online and Onsite training across
- Leading all desserts and beverages Onsite trainers
- Taking responsibility for training and launch completions all across
- Owning cross-training of the brands
- Owning the ratings of the stores
- Have great communication skills in English and Hindi and ability in basic Excel and PPTs and content creation
- Strong background in bakery and pastry
- Have good discipline on timelines and targets.
l Minimum qualification B.Sc. Hotel Management
l Years of Experience: 3-5 years
l Communication skills (English), spoken and written, Hindi spoken and written
