Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gelato Chef, located in Bengaluru. The Gelato Chef will be responsible for producing gelato, managing ingredients and recipes, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in taste and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Gelato Chef will also experiment with new flavors and combinations, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations, and working collaboratively with other team members to enhance the dessert offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and producing gelato, understanding of ingredients and recipes
• Skills in maintaining quality and consistency in taste and presentation
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Creative mindset to experiment with new flavors and combinations
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Culinary certification or relevant experience in pastry or dessert making is a plus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Passion for desserts and willingness to innovate
