With an emphasis on exceptional hospitality, the hotel continues to set benchmarks in the hospitality industry.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef at The Shalimar Hotel in Mumbai. The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring quality standards. Key responsibilities involve managing kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with restaurant management to create an exceptional dining experience for guests. The role will also require creativity in curating innovative culinary offerings to enhance the hotel’s dining reputation.The Shalimar Hotel, a heritage South Mumbai landmark, is seeking a highly skilled and inspired  Executive Chef  to lead, innovate, and elevate its multi-brand culinary landscape.
