We are looking for a **dedicated, full-time Pastry Chef de Partie** to join our team at our **Bangalore outlet**.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and produce a wide range of pastries, tarts, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
- Ensure all products meet Milano’s quality and presentation standards.
- Oversee daily pastry kitchen operations, including inventory management and stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the gelato and café teams to create innovative dessert pairings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar pastry role.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert presentation.
- Strong knowledge of ingredient handling, recipe execution and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Creativity and passion for desserts, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Culinary certification in pastry arts or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
