**Location**: Le Bakers School Of Pastry Arts, Bengaluru

**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Weekly off on Friday)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Pastry Chef in the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
- Help manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Support in training and mentoring junior staff and students.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in developing new recipes and menu items.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Pastry Chef

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pastry kitchen or related role.
- Formal culinary training or certification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of pastry arts.
