**HIRING FOR A WELL KNOWN RESTAURANT**

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of delicious desserts, pastries, and baked goods that delight our customers' taste buds. You will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and contribute to the success of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Development**: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative dessert menus that complement our restaurant's theme and offerings.
- **Production**: Oversee the production of all pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
- **Recipe Creation**: Develop and refine recipes for various desserts, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary restrictions.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- **Training**: Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff in pastry techniques and best practices.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels of pastry ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor food costs and portion sizes to maximize profitability without compromising on quality.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
