**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the production and reporting of strategic analytics that support all business units.
- Serves as an advisor to management team, ensuring that teams / business units have the right information to make date-driven decisions.
- Oversee execution of MIS projects to deliver error-free work on time, champion special projects that support functional or business initiatives that are of strategic importance to the organization.
- Prepare and analyze the management and the financial performance
- Provide all data /analytics support for Regulatory & Statutory Reporting both to Internal & External Stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze the full forecast Complaints report and presentation slides for management with information collated from the other departments.

Requirement:

- Minimum 3 years to experience in managing MIS profiles
- Analytical Thinking
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Macros
- Preferred MBA from tier 1/2 institute
