**Job Description**:
Software Support to clients, Online Implementation

Resolve query of L1, L2 Support

Logging calls without a default

Work on Distributor's call

Communication & amp; client coordination

Training clients

Knowledge of SQL, My Sql, Database

English communication skills are a must

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in software support or a related role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
