**Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (with Marketing & Sales Skills)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience
- Handle guest reservations, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
- Promote ongoing offers, events, and new menu items to drive customer engagement and sales
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution, social media promotions, and guest feedback initiatives
- Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Assist in upselling products and services, including special events, gift cards, and premium offerings
- Maintain daily guest interaction reports and support CRM initiatives
- Represent the brand at external marketing or promotional events as needed

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales orientation and marketing understanding
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a pleasant personality
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments gracefully
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of social media marketing

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools or guest management systems
- Passion for people, food, and service

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
