Aluminum Factory

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the aluminum factory, including casting, extrusion, fabrication, finishing, and packaging
- Monitor production output and ensure targets are met within established timelines and budgets.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Schedule and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) effectively.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished products.
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to schedule preventative maintenance.
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare and submit regular production reports, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (4 -7 years ) as a Supervisor in an aluminum factory or similar manufacturing environment.
- Must have Gcc experience.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum processing techniques (e.g., casting, extrusion, fabrication, finishing).
- Excellent understanding of quality control and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Must have valid Gcc driving license.
