Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join The Schon production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines used for aluminum door and window fabrication, ensuring precision, quality, and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC cutting, milling, or drilling machines for aluminum profiles and components.
  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings, fabrication details, and cutting lists.
  • Set up machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials.
  • Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.
  • Inspect finished products using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
  • Record production data and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies during machine operations.
  • Coordinate with the production and design teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die / CNC Programming or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience operating CNC machines (preferably in aluminum or metal fabrication industry).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs.
  • Hands-on experience with CNC routers or profile-cutting machines (knowledge of Elumatec / FOM / Emmegi machines is an advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software is preferred.
  • Good attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹450,000.00 per year
