**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee labor and subcontractor activities to ensure work is completed as per schedule and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Manage site inventory, materials, and equipment to prevent delays.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and report delays or concerns to management.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high work standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Site Supervisor
- Strong understanding of site operations, safety regulations, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in modular aluminum piping or industrial manufacturing (if applicable).
- Knowledge of relevant installation techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
