**Job Title**: Jewellery Counter Sales Executive

**Department**: Retail / Sales
**Location**: Mumbai (Vile Parle)

**Job Purpose**:
The Jewellery Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, showcasing jewellery collections, ensuring smooth sales transactions, and maintaining the brand’s reputation at the retail counter.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers at the counter, understanding their requirements and preferences.
- Showcase and explain product details such as quality, design, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications (gold, diamond, gemstone, and other jewellery).
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions by suggesting suitable products.
- Achieve individual and counter-level sales targets.
- Process billing, payment, and documentation accurately.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
- Ensure proper product display, counter cleanliness, and stock arrangement.
- Maintain sales records, reports, and daily follow-ups.
- Stay updated on ongoing promotions, discounts, and new product launches.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in jewellery/retail sales (freshers with good communication skills will be considered).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, and hallmarking (preferred).
- Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented approach, and ethical sales behavior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
