Btree Systems is offering an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in guiding students towards their career paths and training needs, ensuring they have a positive experience with our institute.
**Responsibilities**:
1.Engage with students to understand their career aspirations and provide expert advice on suitable training programs offered by Btree Systems to help them achieve their goals.
2.Connect interested students with appropriate trainers to schedule demo sessions, enabling them to explore our training offerings.
3.Collect feedback from students after demo sessions and address their queries, concerns, and expectations promptly.
4.Assist students throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition into our institute's programs.
5.Conduct research on trending IT technologies and training approaches, contributing to continuous improvement in our consultation services.
6.Work closely with the training team to align training programs with student requirements and industry demands effectively.
**Requirements**:
Any degree accepted.
Excellent communication in Tamil and English.
Experienced in customer-facing role.
Excellent understanding of IT technologies will be a added avantage.
Experienced in working with Google Drive, Sheets, CRM, and other tools.
Experienced in EdTech or education sector will be a added avantage.
