**Job Title : Brand Associate**

**Department : Marketing**

**Reporting to : Brand Manager**

**Job Summary**: As a Brand Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and ensuring effective communication with our target audience. This role involves managing CRM activities, coordinating with advertising agencies, handling social media platforms, and creating engaging organic content. Your efforts will help build a strong brand image and drive customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**CRM Activities**:
1. Manage and execute CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.

2. Analyze CRM data and customer feedback to develop strategies for improving customer relationships.

3. Develop and maintain customer segmentation and personalization strategies to maximize marketing effectiveness.

**Coordination with Advertising Agency**:
1. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external advertising agencies.

2. Collaborate with agencies to develop and implement advertising strategies and campaigns.

3. Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

**Handling Social Media**:
1. Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

2. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

3. Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

**Creating Organic Content**:
1. Develop and create engaging and relevant content for the brand’s social media platforms and other digital channels.

2. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and strategy.

3. Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management, social media handling, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Required only female profiles.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with advertising agencies and managing external partnerships.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and CRM software.
- Basic graphic design skills or experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
