The Brand Associate is mainly to provide key internal support to relevant client-related activities. You will ensure strategy and creative output promptly; and assist in cost estimation, creative briefing, and campaign management/analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management and handling of key client briefs, projects, and requests, including the refinement of the above
- Typical day-to-day management of clients and their requests including social media postings, references, presentations, documentation, client activity administration, etc.
- Write/proofread major communications materials including executive internal memos, executive speeches, Q&A, sensitive topic statements, pitch docs or press releases
- Cultivate high-level contacts within business and industry relations
- Provide Clients counsel in the development of successful customer management strategies
- Work with the team to write/assist in writing communication for Social Media channels
- Understand industry/market trends and the success factors critical to the organisation’s long-term sustainability and competitiveness
- Be able to conduct project planning and reporting, and support line managers with campaign planning as well as strategic annual or quarterly plans
- Modify proposals based on changing business conditions
- Take ownership of the quality of creative
- Ensure creative team motivation and working processes
- Oversee project briefings (both written & actual briefing) & client approval
- Provide creative judgement
- Develop working relationships with the team to ensure that once briefed the campaign/project moves forward smoothly
- Be the first stop in resolving problems raised by the team and the clients

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in communications or related fields; industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree with a major in marketing, communications, advertisement, media, digital, public relations, etc.
- Professional writing skills, strong presentation capabilities (proven media relations skills)
- An independent worker that works well on a team and can be proactive and a self-starter
- Detail-oriented, organised and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
