**Job Description: Brand Representative / Beauty Advisor**

**Location: Hyderabad International Airport**

**Position Overview**:
As a Brand Representative or Beauty Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and providing exceptional customer service to airport visitors. Your responsibilities will include representing our brand, assisting customers with beauty and skincare products, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Representation**:

- Be the face of our brand at the Hyderabad International Airport store.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of our products, brand ethos, and unique selling points.
- Engage with customers, answer queries, and create positive brand associations.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide personalized assistance to customers seeking beauty and skincare products.
- Offer product recommendations based on individual needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits effectively.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Drive sales by actively promoting our products.
- Upsell complementary items to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about new product launches, ingredients, and benefits.
- Educate customers on the features, advantages, and benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
- **Communication Skills**:

- Communicate fluently and effectively in English.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with team members and management.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Prior experience in retail, beauty, or customer service preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Passion for beauty and skincare products.
- Customer-focused and friendly demeanor.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Information**:

- **Location**: Hyderabad International Airport.
- **Working Hours**: Flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays).

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
